Default Check Engine Code

Yesterday I got my check Engine on
I plugged the Diablo Programmer and went to Diagnostics-DTC Information-Check all DTC’s – and I got
Fault 1 of 6
P0133 O2S Circuit,
Bank1- Sensor1, Slow Response.
I know now that the problem in the O2 simulators but how the problem happened and why I have no idea.
I have SLP Long tube headers with H pipe balance tube and H down pipe with no cat converters and have installed the O2 simulators to not get the check engine code but now and after 1000 mile run after the installation I got the trouble code.
Please for who knows
What is the problem?
Why is the problem?
How to fix it?

Bank 1, sensor 1 is the driver side front sensor which should be in your header. The O2 simms are for the rear sensors which would be bank 1 or 2, sensor 2. It might not be the simms.

I agree. Have you had any missfires? I got that same code but only after some missfires. Tell us the other 5 code numbers.

I had no missfires and nothing was wrong with the sound, power or anything else ... everything seems to work normally .. I just have this check Engine code on and when I checked it with my programmer that what it gave me
Fault 1 of 6
P0133 O2S Circuit,
Bank1- Sensor1, Slow Response
are you sure it's not a problem with the right side O2 sensor ... you don't think it may be plugged uncorrectly or something like that or it may had some electrical problem?

Exactly.

It is definatly not Sim related if it's the front O2 (sensor 1), unless you plugged the sim into the front O2 spot.....

looks like its all screwed up, might need new sims and new front o2's. see if any wires were burnt on the headers, make sure they are all pluged in too.
