Steve is a great mail order tuner!
Might also check with whoever you are going to have fully tune it - some tuners will do a base tune for you under the cost of the tuning or a small charge... I do that if they are close by - especially if they want to change to bigger injectors. Pull out the PCM while the car is down, I flash in a base tune, and they are good to start it up after the install...
