Default Questions about the diablosport

I have a 2000 ss camaro stock. I bought the diablosport programmer for it. I've thought about maybe replacing the stock cam but I don't want to go too radical. I want something that will work well with the tuner and have a rough idle. Could anyone give me an idea on what my best option is? A cam is as far as I want to go inside the engine.

You can't use the diablosport programmer if you have a performance cam. You will need to have a custom tune done.

it depends on how wild or mild the cam is...

and, either way, you CAN get a custom diablo CMR tune done for a predator, no matter what...

if the cam isn't too wild, you can get a custom tune done via email... I know, I've done plenty of 'em...

if it is pretty robust, you can hit up a diablo CMR dyno tuner shop and get a custom tune done in person on the dyno...

Could you give me an idea on what kind of cam I should use? Comp Cams XFI maybe? I'm new to the whole fuel injection thing. I've only messed with carburated engines.
