Sounds like it was running in closed loop and now it's not. But with the limited abount of details you give about the car or the type of tune that is in it who would know or even care.

Is it noticeable while driving?
Missing, bogging ect.

If not the sensor may need to be calibrated or replaced.

Car was in open loop tune is a 3 bar sd tune through hp tuners. Thanks for the smart *** reply. When the wide band goes fat the car bogs quite bad

Smart ***, no. Truth, yes. How in the hell is anyone supposed to help or know what the hell you are doing with your first post. Just like 90% of the posts here asking for help with no details at all. Most don't even say what kind of car it is they are asking about. Did you? Did you give any details about the car or tune? Like everyone here was supposed to know thay you have a 3 bar open loop SD tune. Yea, that is so common to run on these. Good luck fixing your problem.

Sounds like too much fuel for the amount of air that is going through the engine.

Is the coolant temperature logging correct? If the sensor fails, it will throw it way rich...

What about the MAP? That's the only other sensor you have online that could do it...
