Default HELP!!! SES P0161, P1133, and P1153 Bank 2 Sensor 2

Here are the codes I'm popping:

P0161 - HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
P1133 - HO2S Insuff. Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1
P1153 - HO2S Insuff. Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1

Symptoms / Issues
I have after market headers on my 2001 Camaro SS. I have also had a low sitting exhaust system on my car for awhile and it constantly would scrape the ground on any speed bump or pot hole. When I'm sitting at a light, sometimes my car will be sluggish off the line. My cats were replaced about a year ago after going bad, I'm hoping/praying they're not bad again...

Guesses / Research

From everything I've read, I've come across 3 solutions, but I'm not sure which one, if either one, is the correct one. First I've heard I could have a leak somewhere, but where and how do I check that? Second I've heard I have a tuning problem. Again, not sure how to get that fixed or who to contact about that (I live in Sherman Oaks, Ca). And third I heard of people switching out their stock sensors with vette sensors because they heat faster or something. Not sure if this is my problem either...

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Did you double-check to make sure that the sensor is still plugged in? If so, how old are the sensors?

Yes, sensors are still plugged in. They are about 2 years old. They are Bosch 13111's. Shouldn't need replacing yet right?

I've recently read about them throwing these codes (P1133 and P1153) possibly because they aren't heating fast enough...Any truth to that anyone?
