what should i change w/ headers and cat back? hptuners... just about to do my headers/high flow cat/cat back install. car is a '98 Z28, completely stock
a friend of mine has HP tuners
i've been told that the exhaust will likely lean out the car a little.. how much of an adjustment should we make?

disable the rear O2 trouble codes due to the headers and hi-flow cats...
then do some data logging to see where your fueling is at, and make the necessary changes...
can't just go and start adding/subtracting fuel based on what someone else had to do or said... have to see what YOUR car is doing...
