Upshift at full throttle (4L60E)

Does the pcm do something different for a full throttle upshift? I'm wondering because I keep blowing the PCM fuse when this happens. Everything works fine otherwise and I can drive it anywhere as long as I don't floor it.

the fuse runs the maf and O2s also
check for rubbed wires any slop in the mounts could be the reason it blows wot O2s being my best guess.
