Do I need a LQ4 PCM?

Ok I've done a search but couldn't find anything. Got a quick question here, Im going to put in a LQ4 shortblock with 243 heads/ls6 intake in my '85 camaro and was wondering do i need a PCM that came out of a LQ4 vehicle or could I just get any 99-02 pcm and have it re-flashed? Sorry for the newb question

Good talking to you today, the answer is,,,,,, any 99-02 PCM would be great. Newer ones, 02's have more idle tables to make it fine tuned a little more.

We have them in stock for $85.

Good talking to you today too man. So you have a '02 pcm for $85? How much shipped to cali (95382)
