tuning noob, need some starter advice.... my buddy has a 95 firehawk, and the has the cable, tuner pro, and obd i winflash... i was wondering if he would be able to upload a file to my pcm using winflash obd II and his cable if i bought a email update from ion....i have a 96 obd II car. His cable is the obd II connector. I will buy my own cable if i have to, i guess my main question is will winflash obd II load and pull a tune that i get ion to send me? arent all flash files saved in the same format before they are uploaded to the pcm?
