Default Which PCM/harness to use for swap

I have a 95 base Camaro. Installing a '03 LQ4. Planning to go the L92 head, LS3 intake complete take-off route.
Which PCM/harness should I use for ease of tuning, most common (read cheapest) for replacement parts, ease of transistion in to my LT1 car?
It will be Auto...and will need to keep AC, PS and emissions equipment. I currently don't have any LS F-body front accessories, and only water pump on the LQ4.

I have a '01 LS1 F-body Auto harness-no PCM,
I have the '03 LQ4 Auto harness-no PCM.

Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks

I guess if you plan on the PRNDL switch inside the car run the Camaro.
If you have the truck trans you can run the PRNDL on the side of the trans and use the truck harness

The Camaro trans is different than a truck. You can't put the PRNDL switch on a Camaro trans.
I would run a Truck Trans so you can run an aftermarket shifter
