Lean condition on cold and hot startups (SD tune)

Lean condition on cold and hot startups (SD tune) I have a 04 GTO with a small/ medium size cam, stock 243 heads & kooks longtubes.
I have 42 lb green tops with the Greg Banish injector data.
About a month ago I decided to go with catless mids, and delete my maf.
I re tuned the VE table afterwards and all of my fueling is really close while driving.
The first issue I am having is on my first startup of the morning my car will run lean according to my wideband (17.5+). After the car warms up things are ok, or if I start driving without letting it warm up all the way the air fuel goes back to normal.
The second issue I am having is if I shut the car off, then go try to start it again a few minutes later it idles lean. If I drive it things are fine, but it is just the idle that goes lean.
I have searched this and not really had any luck.
