Definitely need more info... when are they +25%? idle only? everywhere? any mechanical changes made lately? Have you checked it for vacuum leaks? Who tuned it - someone who knows what they are doing?

If you have a mild bolt on setup or less check for intake, exhaust, and vaccum leaks. I had the same thing happen to me and it turned out to be a leaky MAP sensor. Any extra air getting in after the MAF throws the O2 sensors off.

when are checking them?? you should cruising between 1800-2000 rpm's. i go on the highway and sit at about 60 mph and take the average ltft after about 5 minutes of reading the log. then tune my injector slope to that. after i tuned my car my ltft's were about 7 percent. so i tuned my injector slope -8 percent. they now sit at about -1. you want them to be in between 0 and -2 percent.

when you say injector slope I hope your talking about your VE table.... not the injector flowrate table.

Needs to be scanned, possible dead O2 sensor, tune not right, vacuum leak, ect.
Take it back to your tuner, this is how you'll find out if he's any good or not.
