Default 06 gto engine harness with ls1 computer?

Here is what i have ..... 1968 ss camaro with an ls2 swap in progress... I just picked up a 2006 gto harness of an ls2... my ls2 came out an 2006 trailblazer ss with a 58 reluctor wheel. I would like to run a cable driven throttle body... First, what computer should i buy? keep in mind, i can change the reluctor wheel bc im storking it and procharging it. Tell, me which way i should go.. im kinda lost lol

A little over a year ago I had a customer that wanted to install a LS2 into a 2002 Vette. I researched it back then for the guy and it would have worked, but he bought a new car.
