DBW pedal is 100% WOT at 1/2 pedal travel

Well, neither of those fixed the pedal
I'm probably going to just mount a new stopper on the pedal at 100% opening and bend the arm down so the pedal doesn't sit so high.
Nothing out of the ordinary here:

I have an 05 system, and the pedal to % ratio is fubar, compared to my Silve.
Am going to scan the pedal position, and move the stop...Done deal.
