Default which is better?

hey guys during winter im doin full bolt ons to my car and want to get a tune, i was wondering which would be better..should i get it professionally tuned in a shop for approx $150 or purchase a handheld tuner for approx $200? keep in mind i need a basic tune not a dyno yet?? thanks!

I would do mail order tune try looking at pcm4less or a member on the forum like speedinc, texas speed, thunder racing etc im sure they could help you on a good tune for your bolt ons these tunes would probably help you gain better power than hand held tuner unless you get HP Tuners if you have the cash there kinda expensive.
