Moe has spent alot of time learning his tuning capabilities and were taught by the best.Have you ever heard of Chris Bennight?
Moe and Chris have spent alot of hours together on this. I have 100% confidence in Moe or he would not be a part of Nitro Daves.Matt you are a nice guy,but in your quest of trying to make your self look like the man to your friends you have overlooked the truth.Just keep in mind that you are the only person that has everhad a problem with our tuning and then ask yourself why.I thought long and hard about what to do about you.My decision was and still is to stand behind Moe on this one.
Thanks
Dave

I have seen Moe's tuning capabilities on many ls1 and it is top notch. Bomax come on, go cry to someone else about your inability to tune your car. Where in the heck do you even have a leg to stand on in this argument. YOUR CAR MADE 328rwhp WITH YOUR TUNE! How in the hell can you say you fixed the problems Moe made, when you caused most of them. Moe gave you 200rwhp and you still bitch.

I just can't see how people build a supercharged cammed ls1 and expect it to run like a BMW. You car going to have some bucking every once in awhile and a surge here and there if you lug the car around in 4th.

I recommend you sell your car Bomax and buy an Avalon or something of that nature.

Hey Mr. Dave there sure seems to be a lot for positive feedback from your shop. Dam after reading all the info on this thread has made me consider bringing my AFR headed Lt1 over to your shop. Does your shop tune lt1 cars?

Moe's own LT1 car made ~640 rwhp on his last pull before the ATI blower let go.

Yeah, Moe can handle LT1's.

Well damn,

guess I'll wade in:

My Car: Moe just tuned mine inbetween working on Vents' ride last Wednesday. He put in a real good tune and netted me 404 RWTQ out of a "little" LT1 355. The RWHP number was not up to par with what the motor can make, but it wasn't Moe's fault. My stock injectors were at 92-97% duty cycle at WOT, so he left the tune "safe" for the limited ability of my fuel system. I'm upgrading the injectors next week and going back to Nitro Dave's. They are going to cut me a discount on the retune, even though it is my fault (and not their's) for not upgrading my fuel delivery prior to going up there the first time.

Bomax's car: I know all of the people involved and EVERYBODY is a good guy, so I'm sorry to see this dispute. I do not know the ground truth and will not take sides. However, I think it's fugged up for people to criticize Matt for even bringing it up. While I believe in Moe's ability, it's plain and simple communism to say "you're not allowed to say anything negative" about Nitro Dave's or ANY shop for that matter. No shop should be considered "untouchable". Otherwise, eventually, some shops will realize they can shaft a few people here and there and the wronged customer won't be able to hurt their reputation. I don't think Dave would be tempted to do this, EVER. I'm just defending a principle here. Dave is a great guy and will give you the shirt off his back if it would help you get your car running. A few months ago when I blew up my MAF, he pulled the one from HIS OWN car and handed it to me to use until I could get a replacement in. However, my point is if no one is allowed to report a negative experience, no matter whose fault it actually is, then we play a game like the old fable of the "Emperor's New Clothes".

Matt is a good guy and the whole crew at Dave's are great people, so it pains me to see this dispute.

Sean: Good seeing you again.

Vents: good meeting you. Hope you have stock in Nitrous companies, cause I think you'll be one of their best customers.

Thanks Todd. I was also perplexed to be slammed by 3rd parties who know *nothing* about the situation. Oh well...

Anyway, I agree 100% about them being good guys, I don't doubt at all they had good intentions and frankly I don't know what happened either. (Although I do know I didn't edit the tables ) I've dealt with Dave in the past and he was the absolute definition of a perfect business owner. He went far above and beyond the call of duty, and did so with a smile. Anyway, no hard feelings (I think they feel the same) so everything is good in the neighborhood.
