I would honestly just start over from a stock tune, its alot easier vs trying to fix alot mistakes. Your setup isnt hard to tune by any means but for someone starting out its not going to be the easiest either. Do you have a wideband, you are going to need one before you can get started. Read through the AutoVe instructions and get familiar with Efi Live. I would recommend getting on the Efi Live forum also there is alot of good info that should help you get started. If it were mine I would also upgrade to the 12212156 OS for a 2002 and then upgrade to custom operating system 03 for boost. You will need to upgrade your map sensor if you havent already. That will give you alot better control for fueling and timing when in boost. If you take your time and just ask questions when you get lost on here or on the Efi forum you can get it done.

Start with a OEM Corvette M6 file that is compatible with your COS3 tune... look in the COS tutorial to see which OS id's are compatible with 01250003.
Then full flash the OEM file; then copy the tables that you want to the OEM file and save as OEM_0001.tun (the _0001 will self increment each time you do Save As), and cal flash this in... make sure car runs (good idle and good part throttle low boost);
then do the COS3 upgrade (follow the COS tutorial).
