Yea but why the loss of communication with the PCM. I was getting my car dyno tuned by Frost and my car also lost communication plus my cam and crank sensors were not reading all the time. I'm thinking a possible ground issue but I am not sure at this point.

I found my problem. Pin 24 on the blue connector was supposed to be empty and I had a black and white wire there. It was a sensor ground jumper wire and was supposed to be omitted. I removed this wire and everything is as it should be now. All that aggrevation. Just an oversight. Next time I'll double check that kind of stuff.
