LS3 swap failed smog.
Results:
15 mph: RPM 1273, %CO2 15.0, %02 0.4, HC MAX 77 MEAS 4, CO% MAX 0.50 MEAS 0.01, NO MAX 541 MEAS 1658
25 mph: RPM 1238, %CO2 15.1, %02 0.2, HC MAX 59 MEAS 3, CO% MAX 0.41 MEAS 0.01, NO MAX 498 MEAS 1127
This is a bone stock GMPP crate LS3 in a C4. All of the sensors are brand new and it has stock C6 manifolds and cats. I am running an E67 ECM and it currently has some canned tune from Current Performance which I have not looked into yet.
I also have four codes that are showing up... P0053, P0054, P0059, P0060 which are all oxygen sensor heater resistance codes.
Here are a couple pictures I took of my generic scan tool while the car was at idle if that helps any.
Could this tune be excessively lean? I also noticed the rear o2 sensor on bank one is around .460 while the rest are around .45.
Thanks in advance for your help!!

Looks like a lean condition on bank 1. Nox is usually created by either excessive pressure (timing) or excessive heat( lean), your timing looks conservative so start looking for vacuum leaks. There's no reason that thing shouldn't pass with flying colors.
