Default Oil pressure switch

Now that my cam sensor ops ck good.. I have no oil pressure from new motor. I've got oil pumped to both heads and oil filter... Ran car for about 40 sec. The PCM is reading -15.4 psi. I'm thinking the switch is bad but with new switch installed in harness reads the same on data logger. When I disconnect the plug from the sending unit the gauge goes to 80/ pegs out and PCM still reads -15.4 psi.

So what should the volt meter read on wire coming from PCM/gauge?
What pin on PCM is the sensor connected to?

Here's the pin-out diagram of the PCM connectors.
