PCM from Auto to Manual
I'm pretty new to the programming side of this, so please don't flame!
I've done an engine swap with a 5.3L (L59) FlexFuel engine. The engine was originally attached to an automatic transmission vehicle. It's now mated to my Toyota 5-speed manual.
I've got HPTuners hooked up and I'm looking at the tables and I'm trying to figure out which tables are valid and which tables my PCM will never see.
Here's the situation...I've wired up the PCM harness and everything for the 5-speed. I have the wiring set to see the engine in NEUTRAL gear. (I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. I just figured that the PCM can't possibly tell what gear my 5-speed is in.)
Could someone tell me what tables I can use to tune the engine? What tables are used for a manual transmission?

AFAIK, no Chevy Silverado sold in America came with a manual transmission. Any more ideas?
