Surging/RPMs Bounce when I take turns or stop
When I come to stops and even worse when I try to turn the rpms drop and bounce between 300rpms and 600rpms for a moment. The car idles at approx 900rpms and idles fine otherwise. The car also has bad surging between 1100-1400 rpms.
Engine mods:
SLP Long tubes w/ high flow cats
Magnaflow Catback with H-pipe
TSP Torquer 2 Cam (232/234 .595/.598 @113 LSA)
Powerbond UDP
K&N CAI
Any help would be appreciated. I tried to comment/mark all the instances but I was able to comment the big ones.

That tune is just kinda ugly all around. Look at your fuel trims when you're surging real bad. LTFTs are way up there. Spark is oscillating badly. The high fuel trims will cause the idle dip (way too rich on decel causing idle dip) and the spark oscillation can and will cause the surge.
You need to dial in both the VE and MAF. Looking at the tune, both are off for that cam. Then you need to dial in the base idle airflow. That's off as well. That's a quick fix for your idle surge on return to idle.
Spark tables need work. Get on HPtuners forum and do some reading. The E40s need different settings than the earlier LS1 PCMs. If you're not familiar with them, there's quite a learning curve.
