Tuning after header installation???

Tuning after header installation??? Ive never had a car tuned before so for me this isnt a dumb question..
I asked for a quote on getting the car tuned after header installation.. and was told dyno tune for 400..
my question is does the car have to be on the dyno to tune it for just the a/f ratio change or am I just retarted
I remember reading somewhere that you shouldnt waste your money on o2 sims case you can just have em tuned out after your installation for like 75 but now that im typing this i see that it may just be 75 to delete the o2s hmmmm

Damn near anyone in Mooresville... Theres a guy in Asheville (Redline Performance) who can tune the **** out of anything, but its a little pricey..To do mine it would be 400 for dyno time, 50 to register on his HP Tuner, and 50 to tune for speed density..

I just got my frost tuned PCM in the mail. My car is also my daily driver so I didn't have the option to take mine out and send it to him. He sells spare PCM's that he has in stock for $105. So I had him tune one of those and ship it to me for a grand total of around $250. I ordered it on Monday and it was on my doorstep Wednesday. Still have yet to install it though.
