Tuning issues with 243/TR230
Tuning issues with 243/TR230 I have a motor that has 243 casting heads, a TR230/224 cam and it won't run right. It idles erratically, surges, smells like gas and has a mild tick I think.
When you put the motor under a load in first gear then put the clutch it, the rpms drop really low like it's going to die.
Compression check, fuel pressure test and vaccum test all checked out so I figured it must be something in the tune.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
