Looking for a tuner in MI

ive done my research and looking for someone to tune the tt setup on the corvette. stock 98 ls1 with hp performance twin setup, 60# injectors, and 85mm maf. Nothin to crazy. ive been told by a lot of people that "dr.phil" is the one i need to talk to but no clue how to get ahold of him or if anyone has a shop that they would recommend any input is appreciated looking to getthis thing tuned asap

I have heard good things about Dr phill I will see about getting his number for you also you might want to try stoniod
