no start issue
no start issue HELP......
I installed my replacement 98 PCM, did a write entire, and the car turns over but does not crank:banghead:
I went back and did a write calibration to make sure, but it does the same thing. I hear the fuel pump when I switch it on, but it won't start
***sets codes 103 and 1631 (theft code password)
Can anyone get in the right direction
