How to turn off dash lights....

How to turn off dash lights.... Sorry if this is a stupid question. I've been looking through HPT to try to find the "switch", but have so far not found it.
I have a 98 cluster in my swap, and am using an '02 PCM. I also installed an ABS delete kit/line lock. The following lights are constantly on now;
1-ABS INOP
2-TCS OFF
I'm guessing that #2 is for traction control (which my car does not have)??
Any ideas on how to shut these off? I know that the simple answer is probably to just pull the bulbs, but I'd prefer to turn of the "switch" instead.
