Default 1993 Pontiac Firebird LT1 w/major problems!!

so i have an obd1 93 lt1, i thought at first i had tranny issues but im starting to think that its computer related. i did the paper clip diagnostics and the codes that came up were 15, 26, and 46. the 15 is a sensor i think so im going to try that tonight, but the 26 has to do with evap and i always have a horrible gas smell in my car and it does have low fuel pressure, but the one im worrying about most is the 46, that has to do with the ecu or pcm or wiring. my car does have a big problem though, when i go, i get threw first gear fine then it goes into second and goes a little then the rpms just drops and it struggles to accelerate, if i hit the gas all the way it starts going fast but if i let off again it does the same thing once again

A bad 02 sensor heater circuit comes to mind. unplug o2 sensors and restest drive. how does it do? it will set an 02 code.

IMHO you are wasting your time trying anything until you fix the low fuel pressure problem
