trying to tune and tps flikering %

trying to tune and tps flikering % i need help figuring this probleme, trying to tune starting and idling issue, but i cannot keep the tps zeroed
, i adjust t/b blade reset tps to 0 , have no binding issue with linkage, even tried other tps, when i get it at 0 when i crank i will see 0.4 or 0.8 and flicker back to 0 to 0.4-0.8 then go back to 0 or stay at 0.4-0.8. o yeh i even unplug the tps and still seen it go from 0 then 0.4-0.8%. some times it can idle there forever and not move%, has any body come acrosse this problem, i was thinking mayby some kind of interferance or induced voltage??? please help

I've had it before a couple of times. Once was the TPS sensor, once was a BlueMaxx 90MM TB which had too much free play in the throttle blade shaft. Try a replacement TPS sensor first.
