what is the difference in ls1 and ls6 stock tune?

Default what is the difference in ls1 and ls6 stock tune?

Other than rev limiter, and shift point how well will a ls1 converted to an ls6 with LT headers, ported t/b, lid run

There's a bit of difference...timing tables, fueling, etc. Unless you do a complete swap (LS6 heads, LS6 cam, etc.), just modify your current tune.

Well I got a stock tune (other the the rear gears recal.)but I can adjust the rev limiter and shift point with with the hypertech programer I got. I am just trying to get bye till I buy a stall.

Avoid WOT; the LS6 needs much less timing than your LS1 did, especially if your LS1 is a 98-00. It will knock.

What Frost said. Even bolting on a LS6 intake required pulling 4-5 degrees.

Damn its an 02 so already have that. I sent frost an email, I think it will be in my best interest to go ahead and get it done im not sure when ill be getting a stall so I might as well bit the bullet.
