Dual tune with EFI Live?

Dual tune with EFI Live? I'm trying to run a dual tune on my 02 T/A with ms3, 32# Inj, Nitro Outlet Plate 150-200 shot 4000 Stall. I am looking to get it tuned at Advanced Racing Dynamics in Houston but theyve never done a dual tune. Is it possible? I know with the flashscan V2 it accepts SD cards, so I am assuming a tune can be put on to an SD card and can be put on my computer through the V2. Anyone have any input?
One of the custom OS's supports a switch which would allow you to flip between different timing settings. Someone else with experience might be able to chime in here. But, I'd recommend asking this question on the forums @ http://forum.efilive.com/.
