2000 PCM work in 06 LQ9?
The pinouts are relatively similar with the green/blue PCM and the red/blue PCM...do you want to use the 2000 PCM to run the 2006 engine with a 2000 harness or with the 2006 harness?
If you want to use the 2000 PCM and harness...no issues at all...plug the engine into it and put the right tune in the PCM...if you want to use the 2006 harness, it won't actually plug in until you change the green to red, and verify the pin assignments and reprogram...and depending on smog laws in your area, and what tuning software you use...you may not be able to pass a plug in inspection...but it looks like this is for your Nova swap...so I guess that means you don't have to worry about that.

He is using the 06 Harness and was trying to find out if he could use my 2000 PCM to try and get it running. He is having an issue with some injectors not working correctly thus the engine when started is down on cylinders ( using the 06 PCM and Harness).
