Ecm not responding.

Ecm not responding. I have a 95 Camaro Z28, and it has been sitting for some time. I would start and run it every other week or so. I just tried to run it down the blook and it started braking up. I tried to scan it with a Auto xray and some other scanner. It keeps showing Not responding. I've gone threw it and I still get the samething. Changed the coil, control module, fuel pressure. Everything checked out.
It is hard to start now and back fires. It was running better when I first changed the coil but it gets worse the more i Run it.
This has been stumping me. Any help would be great. Thanks !!!!!

Anybody have anything??? Can the Alarm have something to do with it? It's a Viper 791vx w/remote start. I'm looking into this now because I can't find anything else. Now looking back I think it started to run funny alittle while after the alarm was installed. 
It not a nice in stall. So it is looking like this may have something to do with it..
