iac probs/ high idle...tb doesnt want to close...

iac probs/ high idle...tb doesnt want to close... this is a thread i started the other day.
looking for help.
the other day my alternator quit...battery died. changed alternator, charged battery, replaced high pressure ps hose....
car now wants to "auto cruise" while driving and while p/n it wil want to stick at an rpm...touch the gas it will want to stay at say 1800rpm....and so forth. if i blip the throttle it will go back down....
