Default P0133 and P1133 popped up, bad 02 sensor?

Hey guys I have a 99 ls1 trans am that I just installed a turbo on this summer. It has ran great with no codes until the past couple days. I had P0133 and P1133 turned on. I thought it might have been a fluke so I reset it but today it came back on. The car seems to have a slight hesitation when starting. Both codes relate to bank 1 sensor 1. I am guessing that the 02 probibly crapped out. Anyone else have a similar issue? Would the start issue be related? I have only started the car twice since the light came on and it seemed like it took a crank longer then normal. I have a wideband, fuel pressure gauge, vac/boost gauge and HPTuners for monitoring. Any suggestions or things to look at before going out and replacing the oxygen sensor?

I am almost positive there are no leaks pre turbo and post turbo I am running about a 30" dumped down pipe. The car has ran flawless for 600 miles before this.

Also beyond the car taking a crank ir two longer to start the car appears to run and drive normally. I hope to troubleshoot more today after work.
