Trans going into limp mode from time to time need help
Hey guys seeing if any one else by chance would have any other ideas of the problem I am having.I have a p0121 TPS (A) circuit performance code being thrown from time to time and it will cut the power off to my transmission. making it go into limp mode. Now I have read several messages bout this infamous code and its been giving people a lot of hassles. Just a little bout my car. I have a MS3 cam, stage 1 heads, full tune from EFI live,3500 stall with a 2.5STR Solid motor mounts. But overall I have changed out the tps sensor twice and changed out the TPS pig tail wire harness and connector. My tuner has assured me me it has nothing to do with the tune as he has tuned several cars with this cam.Just curious on any other ideas. I have read about the tuning of the KPA on your TPS and I have seen he has that covered. Just give me any other thoughts if possible thanks

TPS faults will put you in a transmission fault mode because the TPS is
a key shift-decision input and the PCM knows it knows nothing.
If you've bump-stopped the TB, look at matted TPS voltage. 4.75V
for 10 sec will put you into a fault. That's not uncommon when
somebody gets all excited with the Dremel.

Thanks for the responses guys and don't have my own software or I would post up on here. My bump stop is grinder down but I have had it like this even with the previous cam I had in my engine. And my tuner has been the person for that cam too. But it does make since when it only happens when I have been under WOT. So what I will do is add a little of the bump stop back with some JB weld and go from there. And i will post an update. Thanks again fellas appreciate all the help
