Default p0101 help

i have an '01 silverado 1500 with a blown 408 built by texas speed. it has a random stumble that i can't get rid of and throws code p0101. it seems to randomly cut fuel. i have a wideband o2 sensor and it goes way lean when this happens. it will happen every 1-2 minutes driving down the highway but immediatly comes right back. it also gets a crazy idle from time to time. i tried a new maf sensor but that didn't help. it sure seems like a vacuum leak but if it was, it would do it all the time. any ideas?

Predicted airflow vs calculated airflow is adjustable in the tune
yours may need some tweaking. If you have run this set up and tune for
sometime with no issues till now you need to see if the map & tps are sane.
