Default P1637 CAN Link ECM/ABS Control Module Circuit/Network

I used my multimeter and checked the voltage on the speed sensor and they checked out . No ABS light or check engine light, I have been chasing this for a while. The only info I find is for Jaguars, not much other than my posts online.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is that code describing a serial data connection problem between the abs module and pcm, and not an error in the abs module itself

Did you check the power supply and grounds for the abs module to make sure its not intermittent,( no power, no communication) wiggle the connections, check for corroded terminals
