auto taped car: throwing codes P0157 & P1153

auto taped car: throwing codes P0157 & P1153 so we hooked up auto tap to my car last night and checked the codes. it was P0157 - B2S2 and P1153 Insufficient Switching. my friend told me to mention that these codes were collected through freeze frame data. any help on what i need to do to fix this is appreciated. thanks.
