lt headers full 3 inch exhaust, 4;10 gear
car made 423rwhp and 381rwtq should i not be making alot more?

The Mustang is a load dyno. Those numbers are pretty much what I would expect for a heads/cam car on the Mustang dyno I used to tune on... depends on the calibrations though...
A dyno is just a tuning tool - the real question is whether or not your tuner utilized it to get the most torque and power possible throught the RPM range for your combination... but if you are asking is it way off and something is wrong, I would say it doesn't look like it IMO.
