turbo tune

so i bought hptuners to tune my 04 gto with a rear mount turbo running 4lbs of boost just wanted to do a safe street tune one i downloaded hptuners and then opened it up it was like chinese to me i dont know if im coming or going so what i was wondering is if anyone has a tune they could email me i dont need anything wild just need to be safe and run good

nobody have a base tune out there they might be able to email me?
