I picked up a 99 ls1 camaro and it had ls1 edit in a box. I want to know what I need to do to get this to work. I have the disc, Sr232 to usb interface, little black box with ls1 edit 99/00 on it and the other cable that plugs into car. I don't even know where to begain. Any info would b helpful.

 

I am new to the tuning. My mechanic recommended to bay LS1-edit, than mechanic lost interest to my project. So I stack with LC1-edit. What I found so far:
You should have word files on CD how to use LS1-edit. Read it before you plug it to ODB2. You have two programs on the disk: LS1-edit (to change volumes in system) and LS1prog (to flash PCM and install edited flash file). I am guessing- you have single license for LS1-edit. That little black box will married to PCM you connected first time (with warning massage).
You can get a ton of information how to use EFI Live on this site- similar to LS1-edit.
