Dfi Gen 7 Vs Fast System
I have a couple of quick questions. They are
1, WHICH SYSTEM IS easyer to tune.
2, Which system is easyer to install.
3, Which system should i get.
I am running a blower And i love the idea of being able to set a fuel ratio and let the computer take care of the rest. (wideband 02), Do either of these sytems have a better user interface or run smoother . Im looking for somthing to push me one way or the other. I like the fact that the fast system is about 500 dollars less. I need to know what system is best.
FYI...IM A RETARD SO IF ONE IS ALOT EASIER TO USE . ILL GO WITH IT.
THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.

The Accel unit is very user friendly.
I choose the Accel unit because it has more features and I believe a better user interface. If you want to run Sequential, then with the Fast unit it is an extra option. There are alot more controls built into the Accel unit also. I can control multiple nitrous stages, 2 separate fan relays, fuel pump, ect. its just more configurable.
As for installation, with the Accel unit, its pretty much plug it in and turn it on. Of course the factory PCM is pretty much gone. Thats the biggest pain, but thats the same both ways.
I think tuning is a toss up, both systems are MUCH better than trying to tune the factory PCM.

i Guess my next questions are,
1) what are the actual differances in features.
2) how hard is it to tune with the wideband 02.
We are talking about a 600 dollar differance between the 2 kits. Im looking for a good reason to justify the differance. The accel is new, Is this why it cost so much more. Or is it cause its that much better. Thanks for any more input any one can throw in here.

Intmd8 runs a piggyback FAST on his LT1 turbo car.
I am running a bank/bank FAST and like it quite a bit it's easy to use and many of my friends are making 700-900rwhp with the FAST.
