Default Will bad O2 sensors cause a lean condition?

Like the title says. I had my car dyno tuned a few weeks ago. My car ran lean but it made power and showed no signs of detonation. I also pulled the plugs and everything looked fine. My tuner thinks my GMS MAF might be part of the problem. And he also said that he thought that my O2's were going out. I drove the car the other day and the SES light came on. I went to Autozone to have it scannd and the code said that both of my O2 sensors were bad. My question is with my car being lean and my O2 sensors bad, will my car richen up some with the O2's replaced? Will it run better also?

Long tubes can make O2s run cool and sleepy,
this makes sensor output drop and appear lean.
However at WOT this should have no effect,
unless the "false lean" results in positive trims
being applied, and then this would make rich.
The GMAF is the likeliest cause of lean running.

Fresh O2s can get by with less exhaust heat
but will likely get just as "soggy" in a little while.

Please define soggy and sleepy. I am trying to understand your post and I haven't heard those terms before.

i've got efilive logs of o2's with headers. They don't seem sleepy nor soggy(fronts).

the jet coating probably keeps alot of heat inside

not to get off the subject but,how do you like that predator?(for tuning purposes) and have you gotten any new tunes from them for your mods? did you need to get your slp maf tuned even with diablo programming?
