Some guys like to mount a laptop in their vehicle for tuning and logging. It is against the rules at many dragstrips to have a laptop just sitting in the seat next to you.

Um, not sure what you're saying there, but, usually if a car has a laptop in it, it is using a program far more capable than your Diablo. Unless you're using CMR, which is more comparable to programs like EFIlive or HPtuners.

Either HP Tuners or EFI Live is a good tuning program but beware there is a ton of research and learning that needs to be known before you start messing with yours. If you are asking what they are then you are probably not there yet.
