Default half gas pop 02 6.0 swap.. help please

Ive been driving my 6.0 turbo swap n my 70 chevelle for about a month now and got all the tuning pretty close but since day one ive had a 1/2 gas to just under WOT popping. Runs good under half gas and also wot..but always pops if i just get in that area.

Wideband looks good a 15-14ish and and timing is right. I put new wires on it and changed the plugs as well as close the plug gap to .015 from .020

When changing the plugs i noticed 1 had a dark glaze on it but didnt smell of fuel. All the rest looked perfect.old plug and new plug same condition only on that cylinder.

I ran the codes and had p0200 injector controller fault. I thought it was the injector so i swapped it with the one next to it only to have the same problem..did not follow the injector.

I turned the key forward and checked for 12 volts at that injector and am getting 12 volts.
The only thing i have not done is test it with a noid light.

I would love to hear any possibillities and cures.

"Wideband looks good a 15-14ish". If that's at 1/2 "gas".. it's way lean.
Post your tune and some data logs....

Ok i will run another log on the way home. I have the tune as lean as i can get it when out of boost for gas mileage reasons. I had thought with a huge cam the LS engines were happy at that AFR. I thought around stoich was ok for idle to half gas. Its been a few years since i dialed in the ol lt1 tune on the old setup, so maybe i have forgotten some common sens etuning wise.
I will post the tune shortly.
I just dont get whats going on with that #3 cylinder.

Here is the log from on my way home. For some reason wont let me upload the config file
Looking at the log, maybe im too lean at 90-105kpa?
The log is a little long and hit a little bit of traffic but had several transitions into boost.

Still no luck on this guys ..Seems to be happening right when it hits a few lbs of boost...timing at 14 and AFR has been 10-12 with no change leaner or fatter.
