Default Tuning for Gearswap--GTO

Ive been back to the tuner about 3 times now and nothing they do seems to be able to make the changes for the gearswap. I went from stock to 3.91 and the speedo still reads high by aobut 5 mph at 70.
Even they are at a loss now..and they have tuned a ton of late model cars. he in fact told me that they just tuned another GTO this past week and the changed thier tune but when they tried the exact same thing on mine it ddint work....

Driveability seems unchanged though--it drives/shifts just fine.

Manual trans correct?

We have a process to get them correct the first time.
