I believe with those type of handheld tuners, they are alright if you use it for stuff like adjusting the gear changes, cooling fan operation, thermostat settings, etc., etc. But if you want some real, actual power gains, then I don't think it's the best choice.

i was back and forth about it.... but i figured 80 was a good enough price to try it. but at the same time i dont want to waste 80 bucks.... and a mail order tune isnt too much more. also even though expensive slowhawk is not too far away.... decisions decisions....

I honestly couldn't tell you one way or the other on the power situation, but it would be worth it to me to be able to change gears and the few other things that they will do without a doubt. It costs that much for someone to make those changes for you once! If you change a gear and break it down the road and want to go back to your old stuff to be on the road again, then what is it worth? That's just my 2 cents.

they change/firm shift points, change gear ratios, redline rpm and adjust fan temps... thats about it for the HPPs... I guess for $80 its not a bad deal but youll probably get a locked unit which pretty much makes it a paper weight unless Hypertech will unlock it...

This. Also, your car is basically stock judging by what you have listed as your mods so I don't know how you would even benefit from any of this.
