how and what to tune an LQ4 in a 98 ss
it has
hooker long tube..
texas speed cam kit (spec card is my car, i think its 228/228)
full exhaust, no cats.
85mm bbk TB
slp lid
bbk ssi intake manifold
slp catback.
the swap is from a 2004 chevy silv. 2500..
it has a autometer afr gauge bouncing up and down from stoich (borderline rich) to lean while cruising and
even idle.. will a tune help?

Is the air fuel a wide band? If not its reading of the stock narrow band sensors I'm assuming? At cretin rpms typically cruise rpms the o2s switch between 200-800mv and that is what you are seeing I believe. As far as the tuning portion I am unsure since I'm new to tuning. Iirc I saw a file in the repository pretty similar to your mods that could be used as a starting point.
