Need help tuning C6 ZR1 with 2.35 pulley.
I just installed a 2.35 pulley, intake snout, LPE filter, 160F thermostat and the Katech heat exchanger.
I am using EFILive. The max boost (map) is 210-220kPa. I increased the overboost upper and lower limit to 250 and 230. Reduced timing by 4 deg under WOT to avoid knock. Tweaked the MAF table a bit because of the changed MAF reading area of the LPE intake. I am running 95 Octane fuel.
WOT I am at 10.8 to 10.5 AFR. I have not been to the dyno yet, so I left the PE table stock.
The problem: When I go WOT, the ECU removes boost after 5-10 seconds. I monitor SCBDC, it is at 100% until this happens, then it goes to 0% and stays there until the engine is stopped and restarted. I can replicate this easy when I am driving 6th gear 2000rpm, go WOT and keep it at 2000rpm with the brake for 10s.
Does anybody have an idea?
